Workspace settings
A map of every settings area and who can access it.
Settings is where you configure your profile, your workspace, and the integrations and rules that power everything else. Access depends on your role.
Personal settings (everyone)
- Profile — your name, details, and how you appear to teammates.
- Account — email, password, and authentication.
- Cosmetics — avatar, frames, and nameplates you've earned (see Seasons, ranks & rewards).
- Notifications — what you're notified about and how.
Workspace settings (owner / admin)
- Workspace details — name, description, and image.
- Members — invite people, set roles, and remove access (see Roles & permissions).
- Projects — workspace-wide project defaults.
- Clients — manage the clients your projects are tied to.
- Git — connect GitHub or GitLab and map users (see Integrations).
- AI — choose the model and configure AI (see AI in Aztra).
- Integrations — Google Calendar and Google Sheets connections.
- Approvals — approval groups, templates, and per-project rules (see Approvals).
- Manager Permissions — granular control over what managers can do.
- Templates — reusable project and issue templates.
Owner-only settings
- Costing — employee costs, hourly rates, and shared-account costs.
- Plans — your subscription tier and upgrades (see Plans & pricing).
- Billing — payment method and invoice history.
Sensitive areas like Costing and Billing are restricted to owners, and budget access must be granted explicitly — see Roles & permissions.
